Signs of spring
We are in the midst of our winter now - plenty of frosts and COLD days. However, seems this little flower doesn't know what season it is....

Recipe: Lavender Sugar
Put into a glass jar: approx 1 tablespoon dried lavender flowers to 2 cups sugar. Shake to mix and store for a couple of days. The sugar picks up the flavour and aroma of the lavender. Can be used in biscuits, cakes, sprinkled on crepes - devine!
